Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, to patients of all ages.
This position requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Family Nurse Practitioner, your main duties will include:

Providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive plan of care for each patient.
3.
Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient care and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching them how to manage their health outside of the clinical setting.
5.
Managing a diverse caseload of patients with various health conditions.
6.
Participating in continuous education and training opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in healthcare.
7.
Adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and privacy.
QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
1.
A valid Missouri License as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
4.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with patients and their families.
5.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
7.
A commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
